Role & responsibilities -
1) Revenue Growth -
-Deliver sales objectives by driving patient volume, value, market share and driving top line by effectively managing channel parters.
-Ensure that the team meets the monthly sales targets in terms of both revenue generation and collections
-Identify, create & develop new market opportunities
-Plan marketing strategies for BTL activities etc. for the region in line with business plan.
2) Channel Expansion
- Expand channel by appointing new B2C partners & create network of collection centers
- Appoint & generate business form B2B partners like hospitals, labs, clinics etc.
- Seek new ways of revenue & brand expansion by doing various activities with the channel partners
- Ensure recovery of due & maintain days outstanding as per the standard
3) Team management
- Being a people manager set very high standards of delivery & expectations from his team
- Ensuring right recruitment of sales staff, training, disciplining them
- Track attrition of the staff and adapting best attrition strategies
-Achievement drive, Planning & Organizing, Relationship management & Cross functional collaboration
