We're seeking an experienced AGM to oversee galvanizing activities across units, focusing on poles and other product lines. You'll drive research, planning, and implementation of strategies to improve zinc consumption, fuel efficiency, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead galvanizing operations across multiple units, ensuring quality and efficiency
2. Develop and implement strategies to reduce zinc consumption and fuel costs
3. Create, execute, and maintain SOPs for pre-treatment, galvanizing, and post-galvanizing processes
4. Conduct R&D to explore new processes, technologies, and equipment for improved galvanizing
5. Train galvanizing staff on cost control, consumption control, and quality improvement
6. Benchmark and adopt best practices from suppliers, peers, and customers
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in galvanizing operations and quality management
2. Strong technical knowledge of galvanizing processes and technologies
3. Leadership and team management skills
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to drive innovation and improvement initiatives
