Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Legal Head to lead all legal, compliance, and regulatory functions of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will ensure all property transactions, documentation, and company operations are legally sound and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all legal matters related to land acquisition, development and sales.
Conduct title verification, due diligence, and property documentation.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements JDA, sale, lease, and vendor contracts.
Ensure compliance with RERA, local authority regulations, and statutory norms.
Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
Liaise with government bodies, legal counsels, and regulatory agencies.
Advise management on legal risks and business implications.
Implement standardized legal processes and documentation.
Stay updated on changes in property and corporate laws.
Lead and mentor the legal team.

Desired Profile:

Strong expertise in real estate and property laws.
Proven experience managing large-scale land or project-related legal issues.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with business understanding and leadership skills.
