AGM - In - Licensing , Emerging Markets

As a candidate for the position, your role will involve proposing and executing strategies to expand the company's portfolio for generics/specialties through In-Licensing in Emerging Markets such as ANZ, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Malaysia, and Thailand. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and categorizing partners for in-licensing - Analyzing market opportunities and assessing their value through comprehensive business cases - Negotiating in licensing, distribution, technology transfer, or collaboration agreements - Scheduling regular TC/VC and face-to-face meetings with licensors worldwide - Generating market intelligence by gathering products, sources, development status, and market information - Finalizing business cases by defining the quickest path towards launch considering intellectual property scenarios and regulatory procedures - Coordinating all activities required after the contract signature until the product launch - Participating in quarterly meetings with the Portfolio department to revise priorities for molecules to in-license/acquire or develop - Updating the wish list and preparing monthly updates of the licensing activity for the HOD - Presenting projects to license, along with corresponding business cases, to Senior Management monthly for approval In addition to the above responsibilities, your relevant functional/technical skills or industry experience should include: - Regulated markets BD experience, with a preference for experience in Emerging Markets like Australia, Africa, and SEA - Effective communication and reporting skills - Experience in leading and coordinating a department's team - Ability to work across multiple time zones and in global business cultures - Experience in negotiation and deal closure - Good understanding of key pharma industry drivers influencing product launches, including intellectual property, regulatory aspects, price evolution, retail, and hospital channels - Knowledge of relevant market players and understanding of regulated and advanced market regulatory guidelines and market intelligence These qualifications and experiences will be essential for success in the role and will contribute to the company's growth and expansion efforts.,
