AGM/ GM- US Healthcare Operations

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale Health & Welfare operations in the US Healthcare domain. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing enrolment processes, file processing, data processing, and carrier file management to ensure compliance and accuracy. - Driving operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and best practices implementation. - Ensuring regulatory compliance with HIPAA and other US healthcare industry standards. - Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to streamline healthcare benefits administration. - Leading health implementation projects and managing a team of 100+ employees, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management. - Monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality metrics to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. - Providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on process optimization and business growth. Qualifications required for this role include: - 20+ years of overall experience, with at least 15+ years of relevant experience in US Healthcare Operations. - Experience in Healthcare Implementation & Benefits Administration would be a plus. - Proven ability to manage and lead large teams of 100+ professionals in a high-volume environment. - Hands-on experience in process automation, operational improvements, and quality management. - Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry best practices. - Ability to work in a US shift and effectively manage client interactions. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.,
