AGM/ GM- US Healthcare Operations

As a Health & Welfare Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing large-scale operations in the US Healthcare domain. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing large-scale Health & Welfare operations to ensure seamless service delivery in compliance with US Healthcare regulations. - Overseeing enrolment processes, file processing, data processing, and carrier file management with a focus on accuracy and compliance. - Driving operational excellence through the implementation of process improvements, automation, and best practices. - Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to HIPAA and other US healthcare industry standards. - Collaborating closely with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to streamline healthcare benefits administration. - Leading health implementation projects and overseeing the successful execution of benefits programs, including managing a team of 100+ employees through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management. - Driving service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality metrics to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. - Providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on process optimization and business growth. Key requirements for this role include: - A minimum of 20 years of overall experience, with at least 15 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare Operations. - Experience in Healthcare Implementation & Benefits Administration is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to manage and lead large teams of 100+ professionals in a high-volume environment. - Hands-on experience in process automation, operational improvements, and quality management. - Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry best practices. - Willingness to work in a US shift and effectively manage client interactions. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.,
