As an Assistant General Manager/General Manager Sales in Real Estate at Ozone Group, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing sales, CP, and teams, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be based in Bengaluru and work on-site full-time. Your role will require Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Team Leadership skills to drive the sales operations effectively. Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Experience in Real Estate Sales will be beneficial to excel in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members. You should have the ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies accordingly. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets will be an added advantage. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
