As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) Marketing at a leading Global MNC specializing in Events & Exhibitions, your role will involve strategic marketing leadership, campaign execution & channel management, team leadership & collaboration, and measurement & optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with event objectives and industry trends, ensuring scalability across a broader event portfolio. - Define clear and differentiated value propositions in collaboration with product, sales, and content teams. - Lead pricing strategy and forecasting, aligned with audience segmentation, commercial targets, and product tiers. - Guide the execution of targeted campaigns across various channels to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI. - Manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation. - Ensure strong ROI and effective channel allocation across events by managing marketing budgets. - Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong track record in strategy development and execution. - Experience in crafting impactful marketing strategies and leading value proposition and pricing strategy development. - Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, email, automation, social media, SEM, and PR. - Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management. - Data-driven with experience in using CRM, CDP, dashboards, and forecasting tools. - Comfortable working in agile environments and skilled in effective budget management and ROI optimization. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the marketing strategies, driving campaigns, leading a team, and optimizing marketing efforts to achieve business objectives. Your experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, and leadership skills will be key assets in excelling in this position. Please note that the job type is Full-time and Permanent, with a preferred total experience of 10 years, 8 years in B2B Marketing, and 7 years in Digital Marketing (Pharma Industry). The work location is in Mumbai, Maharashtra, requiring in-person presence.
