Experience In automobile Industries /Sheet Metal Industries / Die casting Industries

Sound Knowledge of

Production Running Experience.

Sound Knowledge of Sheet Metal Tools Progressive and Zinc Die casting Process.

Basic knowledge of Plating & Paint Technology, New Product Development

VMC / CNC Turning Machine/

Heat Chamber Machine

Responsible and accountable for assuring that the company products, processes and services always meet the customers' expectations for Production,Quality and Delivery by managing proper work flow for each individual manufacturing project and also ensuring maximum efficiency during the process.
Responsible to setup the new Production line considering the quality of the product and process.
To ensure safe working environment.

Establish goals for production, and coordinate a plan to meet those goals.
Ensure production stays on schedule.
Assure products meet quality standards.
Reporting production /Quality/ Despatch reports.
Analyse production data to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Efficient layout of equipment for proper flow of materials
Ensure workers and equipment meet performance and safety requirements
Look for opportunities to improve operations
Support workers as questions, concerns, or feedback arises
Supervise staff and delegate tasks to employees

Communicate with other departments for logistics / HR / Despatch
