Key Skills:- Agile Coach Experience:- 12+ Years. Location:- Offshore PAN India Chennai / Bengaluru Preferrable. Job Description of Agile Coach - Experience with Org level Agile Transformations with customers who have varied level of Agility in their org Must speak SAFe, Spotify and other scaling frameworks fluently and can advise the customer on the best fit (custom method, or best of all methods) Must work with the Enterprise Agile Coach from the customer side, hence must possess excellent communication skills Good to have skill gamification of Agile, Agile Fluency model and its application in transformation Must understand metrics at every phase of transformation Must support from people, process, tooling and governance aspects set up of a transformation office (this was a point that the customer really liked in our proposal), Governance at various levels, set up of backlog in JIRA/ADO Must be aware of Obeya concept and its setup Must have created or been a part of Agile playbook creation Must be aware and have practical experience of setting up Chapters/CoPs Best Regards, Sanjay Kumar
