JOB POSITION

Seeking a highly creative and meticulous Senior Data Analyst who will be responsible for all design requirements for our leader communications.
The incumbent will report to Manager Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
This role involves advanced data analysis, visualization, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to address high-impact business challenges.
The analyst also contributes to data governance, quality assurance, and process optimization initiatives.
Data Extraction, Cleansing, and Manipulation
Advanced SQL and query optimization
Data Visualization using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
Cloud platforms such as AWS and Snowflake
Python programming for statistical modeling and predictive analytics
Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
Develop predictive models and perform statistical analysis using Python
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance standards
Lead and support data-driven projects, providing evidence-based recommendations to guide business strategy
Translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights and presentations

QUALIFICATION

Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Master s in business administration
SAFe Agile Certifications

EXPERIENCE

5+ years of Systems Analyst/Business Analyst experience that includes knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Strong knowledge of how to employ analytical tools and using them for measuring product performance and relevant application metrics.
5-7 years of total IT experience, all in Data Analytics
Experience in defining and managing the scope of Systems projects.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Excellent understanding of the principles of user-centric design.
Working well in huge teams.
Knowledge of design quality guidelines.
Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
Excellent understanding of the Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies.
Decision-making.
Excellent communication, both written and spoken, for collaborating with different teams.
Good organizational skills.
Creative and innovative thinking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
Languages & Tools: SQL (Advanced), Python, Excel
Cloud & Data Platforms: AWS, Azure, Snowflake
Visualization Tools: Power BI, Tableau
Statistical Techniques: Regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting.
Must have US HealthCare Domain knowledge.
