Agile Coach/Scrum Master

As an Agile Coach with 3 to 6 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team to deliver cutting-edge energy storage products and digital applications that support the global clean energy transition. Your responsibilities will include coaching engineers on self-management and collaboration, selecting appropriate Agile tools and frameworks, and fostering a positive and efficient team environment. You will play a key role in supporting Product Owners, Product Managers, and stakeholders in effective backlog management, as well as evaluating, optimizing, and documenting Agile tools and processes such as JIRA and Confluence. Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating product development processes, coordinating process improvement initiatives, and ensuring streamlined product delivery. Candidates with experience in Auto, Manufacturing, or Aviation industries are preferred for this role. While certification is not mandatory, 3-5 years of relevant experience is required. The role will involve working from the office at least 3 days a week during European hours.
