Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Lead and contribute to the design and architecture of Agent Force-related implementations. Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools. Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), and declarative features. Key Requirements: 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 7+ years in Salesforce development. Extensive experience with Salesforce Agent Force platform or similar agent management modules. Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL/SOSL. Proficient in Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules). Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems). Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are a strong plus. Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
