Agent Relationship Manager/ Business Development Manager- West and South Region of India

As an Agent Relationship Manager/ Business Development Manager at Silver Fern Education Consultants in Chandigarh, your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with agents, conducting business development activities, and expanding the company's reach in the West and South Region of India. Key Responsibilities: - Lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the B2B division of the company. - Think critically when making plans and execute business development strategies effectively. - Identify and pursue partnership opportunities across different parts of India and develop new associates. - Handle grievances of associates and coordinate with the team to solve them. - Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand. - Travel across the country regularly to generate business. - Submit performance and growth reports to the reporting manager. - Maintain business relationships with associates. - Ensure the quality of services delivered to business associates and address their grievances. - Engage in frequent travel and visits to present business associates and develop new ones across different areas in the South Region or West Region. Qualifications: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in overseas education. - Relationship management and networking abilities. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Bachelor's degree.
