Agent Relationship Manager/ Business Development Manager- West and South Region of India

As an Agent Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager at Silver Fern Education Consultants, you will be responsible for the West and South regions of India. Your primary role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with agents, conducting business development activities, and expanding the company's reach in the specified regions. You will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the B2B division of the company. Critical thinking skills will be essential when making plans, and you must demonstrate the ability to execute a particular business development strategy. Identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities across different parts of India, developing new associates, and handling grievances of associates will be key responsibilities. You will be required to travel regularly across the country to generate business and submit performance and growth reports to the reporting manager. Relationship management, networking abilities, strong communication, and negotiation skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in overseas education, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a bachelor's degree. This position will involve frequent travel to present business associates and develop new relationships across different areas in the South or West regions of India.
