We are looking for a Agent Customer Support to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. If you are Skilled into Problem

The job in brief:


Job Title - Agent Customer SupportWorking model WFO 6days/weekTeam - you will join the Customer Support team within the India Operations department.Level - ProfessionalLocation - Bengaluru, IndiaContract - Permanent - full-time (India 48 h/week)

What your impact will be


• Identify customer needs, investigate issues, and recommend solutions.• Resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring proper follow-ups forend-to-end resolution.• Continuously upskill as part of self-development to maintain strong process knowledge.• Coordinate with internal teams to collaborate on solutions and manage escalations.• Work consistently towards achieving high CSAT and positive NPS for excellent customer experience.

Your expertise

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, conflict resolution, and relationship-building abilities.• Good computer literacy ability to work on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and company basedapplications.• Ability to uphold the companys reputation by providing excellent customer support throughout post-sales procedures.
