Agency Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Recruitment & Development:

Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to the Max Life network, ensuring they align with the companys values and goals.

Develop and implement strategies for building and expanding the agency force.

Ensure agents are well-trained and equipped with necessary tools to succeed.

Sales Target Achievement:

Drive and manage sales performance through the agency force.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

Identify sales opportunities and leverage the agency network to increase revenue.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, advisors, and key clients.

Act as the point of contact for agency issues and ensure prompt resolution.

Provide ongoing support to agents to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

Training and Development:

Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, selling techniques, and the insurance market.

Monitor and assess the performance of agency advisors, providing coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports on sales activities, target achievements, and business growth.

Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving sales strategies and agent performance.

Market Expansion & Brand Promotion:

Identify new market opportunities and work with the agency network to capitalize on them.

Promote Max Life Insurance products and services through various channels.

Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and community activities to increase visibility.
