Role Description

This is a on-site/Hybrid role located in Patna and in other cities of Bihar for an Agency Leader and Distributor at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited. The Agency Leader and Distributor will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents and distributors. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating with other departments, and driving business growth through effective distribution management.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and distribution management, including setting targets and developing strategies
• Skills in recruiting, training, and managing teams
• Strong relationship management and client servicing skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using sales and management software
• Knowledge of the life insurance industry is an advantage
• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field
• Freshers are also invited Basis qualification criteria.
