Job Title: Agency Development Manager Industry: Life Insurance Channel: Agency Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1 to 5 Years in Sales Age Limit: 24 to 38 Years Salary: ₹2 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits Work Location: Ahmedabad Anand Roles and Responsibilities: Team Recruitment: Identify and onboard suitable insurance advisors. Training & Development: Guide and train the recruited advisors for performance and product knowledge. Sales Management: Drive insurance sales to achieve monthly and annual targets. Customer Relationship: Maintain healthy relations with clients and advisors. Business Growth: Identify market opportunities and contribute to agency expansion. Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal and external regulatory norms. Key Requirements: Graduation in any stream is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented. Prior experience in field sales will be an added advantage.
