Role & responsibilities Adherence to the business plan for the Retail businesses. Engage with the team of POSPs and drive business. Take responsibility for building networks and strategic alliances with partners, clients, customers to drive business development, profitability and productivity of Retail business. Work with reporting line to develop new strategies and generat revenues from the untapped market. Activate Promotion Programs, Build Databases, Market Mapping. Drive Distribution Objectives by adhering to Target segment / Market Reach and Penetration/ Cross sell/ Up sell. Coordinate the functioning of sales, Operations, Training and Service Personnel to ensure effective delivery of customer proposition. Preferred candidate profile Candidates from Insurance companies and Broking houses are preferred
