Job Description

 

  • Recruit, train, and develop new financial advisors/agents to build a strong and productive sales channel.

  • Motivate and guide agents to achieve business targets in life insurance, investment, and banking products.

  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue generation and market penetration.

  • Monitor agent performance through regular reviews, mentoring, and feedback sessions.

  • Drive business growth by maintaining relationships with existing clients and acquiring new customers.

  • Ensure compliance with all banking and insurance guidelines, policies, and ethical business practices.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product knowledge, operational support, and marketing assistance.

  • Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and forecast business targets.

  • Promote Kotak Mahindra Banks brand through customer engagement and high-quality service delivery.

  • Maintain consistent communication between agents and management to ensure alignment of business goals.
