Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Development Manager - Health Agency, located in Dibrugarh East. The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing strategies to drive agency growth, recruiting and training agents, managing agent performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of customer-centric solutions and achieving set targets.

• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the insurance sector is a plus
