As a candidate for the role at Daalchini, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process of new franchise partners and ensuring timely machine installations. You will act as the primary point of contact for daily issue resolution and operational queries, building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure satisfaction and timely support. Your role will also involve tracking, documenting, and resolving technical or operational issues by coordinating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the onboarding process of new franchise partners - Ensure timely machine installations - Act as the primary point of contact for daily issue resolution and operational queries - Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners - Track, document, and resolve technical or operational issues - Ensure smooth communication between franchisees and the Daalchini operations/support teams - Assist in training franchise partners on software, operations, and customer handling - Provide feedback and insights to improve franchise support processes Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in customer service or operations management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners effectively - Knowledge of technical or operational issue resolution processes - Experience in training and mentoring individuals Please note that Daalchini is a physical marketplace for traditional Indian home-cooked food, provided by a network of home-based cooks/tiffin services, through the Internet of Things (IoT-based vending machines called DaalchiniHut).,
