As an After Sales Service Executive (Spanish Speaking) at our company, your role will involve managing backend after-sales operations for our Spanish-speaking clients. You will closely collaborate with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to ensure accurate and timely service support. Key Responsibilities: - Handle after-sales service requests from clients efficiently. - Provide clear written and verbal communication in Spanish to address queries and concerns. - Coordinate with the SCM team for tasks such as invoice generation, follow-ups, and documentation. - Maintain precise records of service requests, escalations, and resolutions. - Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer issues. - Collaborate with internal departments like finance, logistics, and operations to facilitate smooth service delivery. - Support continuous improvement initiatives in after-sales processes. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in after-sales service, customer support, or backend coordination. - Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is mandatory. - Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams, particularly SCM. - Proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work in afternoon/evening shift timings.
