Affordable Home Loans (MBL)

Role Overview: As a Branch Sales Manager for Affordable Home Loans, your main responsibility will be to scale up and grow the customer base for the branch. You will need to develop constructive relationships with customers and work closely with them to boost the volume of business across different geographies. By establishing a strong foundation with customers as their preferred financial partner, you will directly impact the revenue and P&L for the branch. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire Home loan customers in the identified segment and generate references from the specified catchment area. - Grow the asset under management base for home loan lending solutions and ensure meeting revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets. - Collaborate with the product team to offer customers the best-in-class solutions for funding or multi-funding requirements, and incentivize the direct sales team appropriately. - Plan targets and manpower for the region, including recruitment and training of Branch Sales Managers/BCM/BOM. - Meet disbursements targets month on month. Additional Details: You will also be responsible for: - Meeting business targets including Fee income and cross-selling. - Monitoring and mentoring the team, creating a career path for them. - Keeping track of competition, reporting new products/market developments, and managing portfolio management. - Ensuring internal and external audit compliance. - Identifying high potential business areas/sourcing segments and executing penetration strategies. - Tracking and improving branch profitability and portfolio quality. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any of the following fields: BCA, BBA, BCom, BTech, BA, BE, BSc, BPharma - 2 to 5 years of total experience.,
