Affiliate Sales Manager

As an Affiliate Sales Manager at Pixel Mint, you will take ownership of the affiliate marketing vertical, driving new business development, building strong partnerships, and delivering measurable growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our affiliate portfolio and revenue, working closely with top brands and agencies. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and securing new affiliate campaigns and clients, leading business development efforts, building and nurturing strategic relationships with agencies and brand partners, developing and executing effective affiliate sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure campaign success and sustained growth, and representing Pixel Mint at industry events, occasionally traveling to client meetings. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in digital sales or business development, preferably within affiliate marketing and the Indian market. You should possess a strong professional network and the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership (C-suite). Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a target-driven mindset and a passion for achieving and surpassing goals. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive approach and be willing to travel occasionally for client engagements and industry events.
