Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Affiliate Sales position. The Affiliate Sales professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, driving new affiliate opportunities, managing affiliate programs, and analyzing performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and recruiting new affiliates, optimizing performance to meet business objectives, and ensuring all affiliate activities comply with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partner Relationship Management, and Sales
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and online advertising
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
