Affiliate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and close deals with
advertisers and brands
looking for performance-based marketing partnerships (CPA/CPL/CPI).
Build and maintain strong relationships with
media buyers, affiliate networks, and direct advertisers
.
Understand advertiser goals and customize performance campaigns accordingly.
Negotiate contracts, payout structures, and campaign terms.
Collaborate with the affiliate management and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign setup.
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

Minimum
3 years
of experience in affiliate sales, business development, or advertiser acquisition.
Strong network of contacts in
CPA, CPL, and CPI
verticals.
Proven track record of onboarding direct advertisers and meeting revenue targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Everflow, Affise) is a plus.
Understanding of digital marketing channels such as display, social, search, and in-app.
