Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher to join our Affiliate Sales team. As an Affiliate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing new affiliate partners to help grow our digital campaigns and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners.
• Maintain relationships with existing affiliates and nurture new ones.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper campaign delivery and tracking.
• Support in affiliate performance analysis and report preparation.
• Follow up with partners via calls and emails for timely updates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain CRM/database and ensure all communications are well documented.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic understanding of online marketing concepts (training will be provided).
• Ability to work in a team and manage time efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Internship or academic project experience in sales/marketing is a plus.
