Affiliate Marketing Manager

Role Overview: Are you ready to take on the challenge of ruling the world MagicByte Solutions is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager who is motivated by challenges and eager to deliver exceptional results. As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing campaigns, recruiting affiliates and publishers, growing the affiliate scheme, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure campaigns are within budget and achieve maximum ROI - Search and recruit affiliates and publishers - Acquire new partners to expand the affiliate scheme - Collaborate with Affiliate Executives to find optimal solutions for affiliate partners - Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI - Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and spend - Train a team of Affiliate Executives to keep their knowledge up to date - Oversee all affiliate campaigns and deliver reports to senior management - Introduce new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses - Develop the affiliate marketing strategy to recruit new partners and drive sales volume - Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates Qualifications Required: - Experience in software sales preferred - In-depth knowledge of international affiliates markets - Minimum of three years of experience in an affiliates role - Strong team and partnership management skills - Excellent written, verbal, and email communication skills - Understanding of CPS and Rev. Share campaigns - Effective sales and negotiation skills - Results-oriented with strong reporting and presentation skills - Highly numerate with a good understanding of tracking technology - Bachelor's degree required - Ability to work under tight deadlines - Fluent in English, additional international language a bonus - Graduation in any discipline, MBA/MCA and certification in affiliated marketing preferred (Note: Omitting the "Other Details" section as it does not contain additional company information),
