Are you ready to take on the challenge and showcase your talent in the role of Affiliate Marketing Manager - Advertiser and Publisher Side at MagicByte Solutions As an experienced professional in the international arena, you will play a crucial role in managing campaigns, recruiting affiliates and publishers, and ensuring maximum ROI for the affiliate scheme. **Responsibilities:** - Ensure campaigns are kept within budget and achieve maximum ROI - Search, recruit, and manage affiliates and publishers - Grow the affiliate scheme by acquiring new partners - Collaborate with Affiliate Executives to find optimal solutions for affiliate partners - Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI - Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and spend - Train and mentor a team of Affiliate Executives - Oversee all affiliate campaigns and deliver reports to senior management - Drive new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses - Develop the affiliate marketing strategy to recruit new partners and drive sales volume - Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates **Key Skills/Experience:** - Preferred experience in software sales - In-depth knowledge of international affiliates markets - Minimum of three years of experience in an affiliates role - Strong team and partnership management skills - Excellent written, verbal, and email communication skills - Proficiency in CPS and Rev.
