Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, content, finance, and legal departments to drive synergy across different business functions. Ideal candidates for this position should have at least 4-7 years of experience in affiliate, performance, or partnership marketing within e-commerce, consumer brands, or SaaS platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tracking tools like Google Analytics and BI tools are essential. A track record of successfully scaling affiliate programs and delivering a strong return on investment is highly desirable.
