Roles and Responsibilities - Develop innovative affiliate marketing strategies to enhance revenue growth by collaborating with influencers, bloggers, and online content creators. - Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), and return on ad spend (ROAS). - Utilize data analytics tools like Google Analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and implement improvements for future campaigns. - Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures governing affiliate marketing activities. Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field. They should possess a strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS, with the ability to derive valuable insights from data analysis for campaign optimization. Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms such as Rakuten, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, as well as tools like Google Analytics and affiliate tracking software is essential.
