About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our Affiliate Marketing team. As an Affiliate Marketing Executive, you will assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners, optimizing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding new affiliate partners.
• Coordinate with affiliates to manage day-to-day activities and support.
• Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs like CPA, CPL, and ROI.
• Generate daily and weekly performance reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives and tracking links.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts.
• Help troubleshoot issues related to pixel tracking, reporting, or campaign execution.
• Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends and platforms.

Desired Skills:

• Basic understanding of digital or performance marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the affiliate marketing industry.
• Knowledge of affiliate platforms like Trackier, Everflow, or similar (preferred but not mandatory).

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
