Affiliate Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, activation, and tracking of Cost Per Sale (CPS) affiliate campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct implementation of tracking links, postbacks, and campaign creatives.
• Monitor daily campaign performance metrics like clicks, conversions, sales, and ROI.
• Prepare and share performance reports with team leads and partners using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Support payout and reconciliation processes by maintaining accurate commission records.
• Respond to affiliate queries and provide basic technical and operational support.
• Monitor for fraud, invalid sales, or suspicious activities and report to seniors.
• Help ensure that affiliates follow brand compliance and campaign guidelines

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (CPS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.).

Good communication skills – written and verbal.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn fast.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
