Job Description

Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition for the brand.
Identify and recruit new affiliates, and coupon partners.
Manage and optimize affiliate partnerships, including negotiating and executing contracts, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing support.
Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and recommend improvements to the program.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing assets for affiliates to use, including email templates, banners, and social media content.
Monitor and report on affiliate program performance, including KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue, and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Website and pricing update as per the sale.

The required skills for this position include:

Strong communication skills in English
Proficiency in advanced Excel features such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables
Ability to create comprehensive reports
Google analytics
