Position: Digital Affiliate Executive/ Sr. Executive

Location: Noida- Sector 58

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and scale

    international affiliate marketing programs

    for brands targeting Indian consumers.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage global affiliate partners including publishers, deal platforms, content sites, and influencers relevant to Indian audiences.
  • Work with

    international affiliate networks

    (CJ, Impact, Admitad, ShareASale, Rakuten, etc.).
  • Plan and execute performance-driven affiliate campaigns to drive conversions and revenue.
  • Optimize commission structures, offers, and promotions to improve ROI and affiliate engagement.
  • Track performance using attribution tools, affiliate dashboards, and Google Analytics.
  • Ensure traffic quality, fraud prevention, and compliance with international brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (performance marketing, CRM, content) for campaigns aligned with Indian festivals, sale events, and cultural moments.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

  • Proven experience in international affiliate marketing

    (brands based outside India).
  • Hands-on experience in

    targeting Indian consumers from international markets

    (NRI, global Indian diaspora, or India-focused international brands).
  • Experience managing

    international affiliate networks and global publishers

    .

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Experience in

    fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands

    .
  • Knowledge of Indian consumer behavior across global platforms.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to scale partnerships in a performance-driven environment.
  • 2–6 years

    of relevant affiliate marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
