Affiliate Marketer

About the Role:

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for an Affiliate Marketer to manage and expand our clients affiliate programs. Youll play a key role in driving revenue for our clients through partnerships, influencer collaborations, and affiliate networks. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage affiliate marketing campaigns for multiple clients.
• Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with affiliates, influencers, and partners.
• Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI) and optimize campaigns for maximum results.
• Report campaign performance to clients and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, paid media, social) to align affiliate campaigns with overall client strategies.
• Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices in affiliate marketing and digital marketing.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing affiliate programs or performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, SEO, paid media).
• Experience with affiliate networks/platforms such as ShareASale, CJ, Impact, Rakuten, or similar.
• Proven experience in managing affiliate marketing campaigns, including leveraging social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing client accounts.
• Knowledge of U.S., European, or international markets.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing and partner outreach.
