Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize affiliate campaigns on various performance marketing models (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS).
Identify and manage partnerships with global affiliates, publishers, and ad networks.
Drive ROI-focused campaigns for lead generation and user acquisition.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.

Requirements:

Minimum
2 years of experience
in affiliate marketing/performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS and other performance-based models.
Proven experience in international campaigns, DSPs, PPC, and publisher networks.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong partner relationships.
Experience with Facebook Ads is a plus.
Immediate to 15 days of notice period is preferred.
