Job Title: Business Development Executive – Russian Speaker

Location: Noida

Experience Required: 2+ years

Industry: Affiliate / Advertisers Marketing

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute BD strategies to acquire new affiliate partners in Russian-speaking regions.

· Manage and grow existing affiliate accounts, ensuring strong partner relationships and ROI.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in Russia & CIS.

· Negotiate and close deals with affiliates, advertisers, and publishers.

· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver customized solutions.

· Monitor performance metrics of affiliate campaigns and optimize for maximum results.

· Translate and localize business communications, proposals, and marketing materials when required.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities (online/offline).

Requirements

· 2+ years of proven experience in Affiliate / Advertisers Marketing, Business Development, or Partnerships.

· Fluency in Russian (native/proficient) and English (written & verbal).

· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and performance marketing tools.

· Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.

· Understanding of the Russian/CIS digital marketing landscape is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
