Profile: Telle Caller Sales - Medical / Health Care Experience: 1+ Year (Health Care Sector) Location: Sector 58, Noida Work Mode: On-Site ( 6 Days working) Key Responsibilities : · Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell medical products. · Receive all inbound calls from prospective leads to promote and sell medical products. · Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers. · Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate medical solutions or products. · Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases. · Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/calls targets. · Handle queries, objections, and complaints professionally. · Maintain detailed call records and daily reports. · Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign strategies. Requirements: · Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline. · Experience in tele calling sales in health care sector (preferred). · Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). · Knowledge of medical/healthcare products is an advantage. · Good communication skills in Hindi and other local languages. · Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.). · Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
