Aesthetics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations and Consultation:
• Greet mothers and children upon arrival, offering personalized consultations based on their specific needs (e.g., skin care, wellness treatments).
• Address any questions or concerns about treatments, services, or products.
• Ensure an empathetic, professional, and friendly atmosphere for clients.
• Scheduling and Coordination:
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for aesthetic services such as massages, skin care treatments, or relaxation activities tailored for mothers or children.
• Ensure that appointments are properly aligned to allow for adequate time, especially when both a mother and child are involved.
• Manage appointment calendars, reschedules, and cancellations.
• Aesthetic Service Coordination:
• Work closely with beauty professionals, massage therapists, and other specialists to ensure that services for mothers and children are executed safely and effectively.
• Oversee the setup and organization of aesthetic services in accordance with established standards, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
• Product Knowledge and Retail Coordination:
• Provide information on appropriate products for mothers and children, such as gentle skincare lines, baby lotions, and other wellness products.
• Assist in managing product inventory and display, ensuring products are readily available for clients to purchase.
• Wellness and Child Care Support:
• Coordinate any child care services while mothers are receiving treatments, including setting up kid-friendly spaces or arranging for child care assistance.
• Ensure all staff are trained and capable of providing a safe, fun, and relaxing environment for children.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment preferences, allergies, and special requests.
• Handle billing, processing payments, and tracking client visits.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure that all activities comply with health and safety regulations, especially when dealing with products and services for children.
• Maintain clean and sanitized treatment areas and facilities for mothers and children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,576.46 - ₹30,263.71 per month
