Role Summary: As a Health Savings Officer, you will be the key enabler in helping clinic patients access benefits through the One Health Member Plan (OHMP) — a health savings program that offers cost advantages across consultations, diagnostics, pharmacy, and hospital services. Your primary responsibility is to drive OHMP enrollments by engaging patients, explaining the value proposition, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, you will manage the Athithi Desk inside the clinic, assisting patients who need to be referred to the hospital for advanced care. Key Responsibilities: 1. One Health Member Plan (OHMP) Awareness & Sales: - Proactively engage patients at the clinic to promote OHMP, emphasizing savings and benefits.- Convert walk-in and follow-up patients into OHMP members through consistent counseling and support.- Meet monthly OHMP sales targets and maintain accurate conversion records.- Follow up with interested patients to drive enrollment closure. 2. Athithi Desk Management (Clinic-to-Hospital Facilitation): - Operate the Athithi Desk within the clinic as the central point for patients requiring hospital-based services.- Guide and coordinate referrals to the hospital, ensuring appropriate specialist mapping and smooth patient handover.- Collaborate with hospital teams for timely appointments and feedback.- Support in achieving clinic-level referral revenue targets. 3. Event Execution & Community Engagement: - Participate in and support health camps, community events, and wellness programs organized by the clinic or hospital.- Represent OHMP at events, drive awareness, and enroll interested participants.- Track event-wise engagement and report outcomes. 4. Kiosk Management for OHMP: - Set up and manage the OHMP kiosk within the clinic, ensuring visibility and accessibility.- Address patient queries, assist in enrollment, and maintain kiosk materials and records.- Generate daily/weekly reports on kiosk activity and conversions. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation in any stream; preference for candidates with experience in healthcare, customer service, or sales. - 0 to 2 years of experience in a facilitation, sales, or patient engagement role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and local language). - Proficiency in using basic digital tools and maintaining records.
