Description
As a Business Application Consultant at PwC, you will specialise in consulting services for various business applications to help clients optimise their operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include analysing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications. In the Salesforce system integration role, your focus will be on connecting Salesforce with other systems, applications, or databases to enable seamless data flow and process automation. You will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using various technologies and tools such as Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions - Implement and integrate business applications to optimize operational efficiency - Provide training and support for clients on the effective use of business applications - Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services - Connect Salesforce with other systems, applications, or databases for seamless data flow and process automation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce system integration - Salesforce.com certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, Certified Business Analyst, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant In this role, you will be expected to build meaningful client relationships, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand and technical expertise. The Application Evolution Services team focuses on optimizing enterprise applications, driving transformation, and innovation to enhance business performance. By managing and maintaining application ecosystems, you will assist clients in maximizing the value of their Salesforce investment across sales, service, marketing, and customer relationship management areas. Desirable Skills and Experience: - Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with strong communication skills - Experience in leading team and client meetings, extracting relevant metrics, and managing client relationships - Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce application, process redesign, and system feature implementation - Knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, development methodologies, and application technology stack - Ability to analyze and understand business and technical problems, design solutions, and conduct testing - Familiarity with DevOps processes, ITIL, and industry-specific applications and localizations - Experience as a Salesforce and Data developer with knowledge in Salesforce flows, Lightning components, APEX, SOQL, ETL migration tools, REST & SOAP web services - Strong team management skills and experience in managed services and international projects Experience Level: 4-9 years,
