Who We're Looking For:

• Graduates from Science, Engineering, or Technology backgrounds.
• Innovators who love simplifying science and inspiring curiosity.
• Energetic educators willing to travel for sessions, workshops, and STEM camps.
• Makers and builders who can design, build, and fly model aircraft while mentoring young learners.

Your Role:

• Design and build high-performance model aircraft with strong focus on aerodynamics and innovation.
• Engineer airframes and propulsion systems (motors, engines, power systems) for strength and stability.
• Lead hands-on flight tests, analyze results, and refine designs.
• Teach core principles of flight, aerodynamics, and engineering through project-based learning.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver dynamic, experiential aeromodelling workshops and STEM sessions.
• Inspire critical thinking and creative problem solving through real-world challenges.
• Adapt teaching methods for different learning styles and age groups.
• Guide students to design, build, and successfully fly their model aircraft.
• Collaborate to develop innovative, hands-on STEM curricula.
• Create a safe, inclusive, high-energy learning environment.
• Track student growth and provide feedback to parents and leadership.

• Vijayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
