AEM Developer - Sling API/OSGI

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows based on project requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom AEM integrations with other systems and third-party services.
• Utilize core AEM concepts such as Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Sightly/HTL.
• Implement and maintain AEM Multi-Site Manager (MSM) and language copy features.
• Ensure adherence to AEM best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize AEM applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with content authors, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design,
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM features and advancements.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and provide technical guidance related to AEM.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work effectively in a remote team environment, communicating clearly and :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in developing and implementing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture and its core components (e.g., Sling, OSGi, JCR).

• Proficiency in using AEM development tools and IDEs.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
• Experience with integrating AEM with other marketing technologies and third-party systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Knowledge of AEM Forms and/or AEM Assets.
