Your Role Strategic Planning and Architecture: Design and define scalable, customer-centric digital solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign. Align Adobe solutions with business objectives, ensuring end-to-end integration across marketing, sales, and customer experience functions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business leaders, technical teams, and external partners to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Provide strategic guidance to clients on digital transformation, marketing automation, and data-driven customer experiences. Solution Design and Implementation: Develop comprehensive solution blueprints and roadmaps leveraging Adobes ecosystem to meet business needs. Oversee implementation, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data to uncover actionable insights and recommend strategies to optimize user journeys and business outcomes. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate predictive analytics and AI into customer engagement strategies. Enablement and Training: Guide and mentor internal teams on Adobe tools, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of implemented solutions. Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders with the knowledge to maximize solution capabilities. Your Profile Bachelors degree, master's degree preferable. 810 years of experience in digital transformation, marketing automation, or customer experience strategy, with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign. Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., REST APIs, JSON, and data layer design). Understanding of modern Martech stacks and their integration with Adobe solutions. Proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives to drive measurable ROI. Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
