Handson experience on AEM AEM 63 or above Minimum 3 years of experience in AEM content authoring sites and assets Should be very clear with the concepts of AEM templates components MSM Should be clear with the concepts of content authoring publishing workflows and AEM assets Should be able to build AEM pages from scratch if requirements are provided inn the form of wireframes or content matrices Requirement gathering analysis and guide the team on implementation Quick learner and must be able to understand the customized requirements and best practices Lead a team of junior content authors and provide technical guidance Should be able to document SOPsauthoring instruction
Manage and assign tasks among the team members Ability to converse effectively with the client Proficient in status reporting proactively highlighting risks and dependencies Good verbal written and presentation skills Should be proficient in handling ticketing tools such as Jira SharePoint Workfront
