Responsibilities

1. Research and create content from a male lens on mental health, abuse, and social issues bringing authenticity, vulnerability, and empathy to mens lived experiences. (blogs, articles, social posts, website copy).
2. Edit/proofread for clarity, tone, and supportive male perspective.
3. Implement SEO to increase visibility for male-focused resources.
4. Develop engaging headlines/narratives highlighting strength and vulnerability.
5. Identify content gaps (e.g., male survivor stories) and propose pieces.
6. Follow content calendars for timely freelance deliverables.
7. Coordinate with teams/freelancers per briefs.
8. Adapt content for platforms like websites, emails, videos, and blogs.
9. Be open to offering and receiving constructive feedback and follow SOPs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/Master's in any/relevant fields (Psychology, Social Work, Gender/Men's Studies, etc.).
2. Proficient in English; regional languages are a plus.
3. Strong writing/grammar skills with male viewpoint storytelling.
4. Startup experience; eager for cross-departmental support.
5. Skilled in Google Docs, MS Word, Excel, basic CMS.
6. Collaborative in remote settings.
7. Structured, idea-driven approach.
8. Social work experience with men/boys preferred.
9. Aligned with iDare's values: social justice, equity, mental health advocacy.
10. Multitasking in fast-paced environment.
11. Proactive, empathetic mindset; lived male experience valued.
