For more information about the organization, please visit www.thryvedigital.com ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES - Administer, configure, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage AEM applications. - Perform regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of AEM instances. - Manage user access, security, and permissions within the AEM platform. - Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for AEM environments. - Stay up to date with the latest AEM versions, patches, and upgrades, and ensure timely implementation. - Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise. - In-depth knowledge of AEM administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Proficiency in managing AEM workflows, replication agents, and dispatcher configurations. - Experience in monitoring AEM performance and implementing optimization techniques. - Strong understanding of content authoring, asset management, and publishing in AEM. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Experience in handling backup and restore activities. - Understanding the IP whitelist and WAF. - Exposure to Content security policy.sss - Able to perform a Health check of the systems. - Ability to understand the complex architecture. - Hands-on experience in Unix and z/OS platform. - Ability to understand the shell scripts and modify (on need basis). - Experience in using Dynatrace for monitoring. - Experience in working with publisher and dispatcher environments. - Experience in performing and coordinating the deployments. - Implement custom components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR, Slightly) - Configure and set up AEM workflows, Sling mapping, Multi-site management including translation framework - Provide architectural solutions for page layout and organization - Author personalized dynamic driven content - Strong understanding of web services development in Java using REST and SOAP protocols and in particular, a strong understanding of REST-full architecture patterns - Web Development experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript - Have a good understanding of software engineering practices, SDLC EDUCATION: - Any Degree EXPERIENCE: - 6 to 9 years of experience MUST HAVE SKILLS: - AEM Administrator - Unix command, Splunk, Dynatrace
